I have been a private chef and nutritional coach for 15 years, helping clients to realize their health and dietary goals through sound food choices and cooking.

I trained as a chef at The Natural Gourmet Institute for Heath and Healing, I apprenticed at The Golden Door Spa and went on to earn certification in holistic nutrition at Bauman College and The Academy of Healing Nutrition. My Masters degree from New York University in Food Studies emphasized nutrition and dietary anthropology. In 2012, I was awarded a fellowship with The Rome Sustainable Food Project, a Slow Food kitchen created by Alice Waters in Rome, Italy.
My broad culinary experiences have further reinforced that a diet encompassing whole, unprocessed, and seasonal foods is the backbone to optimal health. My goal is to help reinforce that eating well translates into feeling vibrant and energized not tired and depleted.
